Your checklist
- Your tickets, saved on your phone. You don’t need to print them.
- A valid photo ID to show with your ticket at the turnstiles.
- ID for children under 3, in case staff ask to check their age.
- Comfortable shoes for walking between the lands.
Dress code
The park asks all guests to wear respectful clothing, in line with local laws and customs. It recommends shorts that cover the knee and tops that cover the shoulders.
Park rules to know
- No re-entry: once you leave, you can’t come back in on the same ticket unless park management allows it.
- The park is smoke-free. There is a smoking area outside the main entrance, next to the Water Tower.
- Lockers are available to rent from Guest Services.
- Lost and Found is next to the turnstiles near the entrance.
Check before you travel
Check the official opening hours for your date. The Joker Funhouse opens Friday to Sunday only and Teen Titans Training Academy opens Saturday and Sunday only. Rides can close without notice.
